• If you’re not physically present within 5 minutes of the posted start time, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist, even if you called ahead.
• Game 1 OR Round 1 losses will still apply if you are late and still allowed to participate (at the sole discretion of the TO's and may vary from game to game)
• If your seat is given away, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days, and are NOT eligibile for any promos or giveaways.
• Anyone on the waitlist must pay before sitting down, no exceptions—even if things are moving fast.

If the event reaches 16 players, the Champion will receive a $150 travel voucher courtesy of UVS Games.
If the event reaches 32 players, 2nd place will also receive a $150 travel voucher courtesy of UVS Games.Â
All additional Electric Wind God Fist [Participation] Promo will be passed out at the end of the event to participants one at a time in order of ranking and until all participation promos are given out.Â
Example, if XÂ promos remain, pass one out to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. and it will loop back to 1st if more promos remain.

Swiss - 60 minutes + End of Round Procedures
Top Cut - 90 Mins + End of Round Procedures
End of Round Procedure for Swiss:Â The player who went second has the final turn of play or 10 minutes elapses, whichever comes first. When time in overtime is called, Players may continue play until the current form resolves.
