At Gamers Guild, we want you to level up your style with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our quest-based return system makes the process fast and easy.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gamers Guild account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Loot

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free from wear, stains, or damage to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
