This long-awaited release brings one of the Frost Brothers' iconic machines to life with completely new tooling, updated proportions, modern articulation, and engineering that faithfully recreates the mobile suit's unique gimmicks and transformation features.
Developed using Bandai's latest High Grade technology, the Gundam Ashtaron features highly detailed armor, improved color separation, and advanced articulation throughout the body. The massive Atomic Scissors can deploy, store, and articulate without requiring part swapping, allowing builders to recreate the machine's signature close-combat attacks directly from the anime.
The kit also includes the Ashtaron's versatile Beam Spear, which can transform into a crossbow configuration, along with beam sabers, effect parts, and interchangeable hands. Through partial transformation, the model can also recreate its distinctive Mobile Armor Mode, one of the most memorable features of the original machine.
